Everything you enter in Lady Red stays on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded, sold, or shared with anyone. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. I have no way to see your data.
This is kept in a database inside the app's own storage on your iPhone. It is used only to draw your calendar, calculate your predictions and summaries, and schedule the reminders you have turned on.
Nothing is sent to me or to anyone else.
One thing to know about iPhone backups. If you have iPhone Backup turned on in your iOS settings, Lady Red's data may be included in your own backup, in the same way as other apps on your phone. That backup belongs to you and is handled by Apple under Apple's terms — I have no access to it. You can see and change what your iPhone backs up in Settings on your device.
Because your data never reaches me, there is nothing for me to delete on my side, and no request you need to send. It is entirely in your hands.
This is the only place I receive any personal information about you.
If you write to hello@ladyredapp.com, I see your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. I use it only to reply to you and to fix problems in the app. Your message sits in my email account, hosted by my email provider, and I delete support correspondence once the matter is resolved.
I do not need your health details in order to help you, so please do not send them unless they are necessary. I will never add anything from an email into the app or into any other record.
You can ask me at any time what I hold about you from an email exchange, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to the same address.
Lady Red records information about your menstrual cycle. In many places, including Thailand and the European Union, that counts as sensitive personal information. It is treated accordingly: it is kept on your device, and it is never transmitted, sold, or shared.
Lady Red is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Predictions are estimates based on the cycles you have logged and can be wrong, particularly when few cycles are recorded. Lady Red is not a fertility or contraception app and should not be used to plan or avoid pregnancy. For any medical question, speak to a doctor.
Lady Red does not collect information from anyone, including children. It asks for a birth year so that predictions on your own device can be more accurate; that year is never transmitted anywhere.
Data protection laws in Thailand, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and several other places give you rights over personal information held about you — to see it, correct it, export it, delete it, or object to its use.
For the data inside Lady Red, those rights are already in your hands: it lives on your device, you can change it in the app, and you can erase all of it at any time with Delete all my data. I hold no copy and can neither retrieve nor delete anything for you.

If you are in Thailand and believe I have mishandled your personal information, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
This page is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may record standard server information such as your IP address when the page is loaded. That is a function of the website, not of the app, and I do not use it to identify you or build any profile. This page loads no fonts, scripts, or images from anywhere else.
If I change how Lady Red handles data, I will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on the App Store.
