Your logs are stored on your iPhone, not on Lady Red servers. There is no account, no Lady Red server, and no analytics, advertising or tracking. Lady Red never sends your logs to me or to anyone else, and I have no way to see them.
This is kept in a database inside the app's own storage on your iPhone. iOS encrypts it, and Lady Red asks iOS to keep it locked whenever your iPhone is locked. It is used only to show your calendar, work out your estimates and patterns, and schedule the reminders you turned on.
Lady Red has no backup of its own. If iCloud Backup or a computer backup is turned on, your Lady Red data is included in your own iPhone backup, like other apps' data, so a new iPhone can restore it. That backup belongs to you and is handled by Apple under Apple's terms. I have no access to it. You can change what your iPhone backs up in Settings.
Because your data never reaches me, there is nothing for me to delete on my side and no request you need to send.
This is the only way I receive any personal information about you.
If you write to hello@ladyredapp.com, I see your email address and whatever you put in the message. I use it only to reply and to fix problems in the app. Your message stays in my email account, hosted by my email provider, and I delete support emails once the matter is resolved.
I don't need your health details to help you, so please leave them out unless they are needed. I never add anything from an email into the app or into any other record. You can ask me what I hold from an email exchange, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it.
Lady Red records information about your menstrual cycle and, if you choose, your sex life. In many places, including Thailand, the European Union and the United Kingdom, that is sensitive personal information. It is kept on your iPhone and is never sold or shared by Lady Red.
Lady Red is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Period and fertile window dates are estimates from the cycles you log and can be wrong. The fertile window estimate is off unless you turn it on, and it is not birth control: don't use Lady Red to prevent pregnancy. For any medical question, talk to a doctor or nurse.
Lady Red is rated 13+ on the App Store. It doesn't collect information from anyone, including children, and doesn't ask for your age.
Data protection laws in Thailand (PDPA), the European Union and the United Kingdom (GDPR), and other places give you rights over personal information held about you: to see it, correct it, export it, delete it, or object to its use.
For the data inside Lady Red, those rights are already in your hands: it lives on your iPhone, you can change it in the app, export it, and delete all of it at any time. I hold no copy, so I can't retrieve or delete anything for you.
For anything you emailed me, write to hello@ladyredapp.com. If you are in Thailand and think I have mishandled your personal information, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). In the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
This page is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may record standard server information such as your IP address when the page loads. That belongs to the website, not the app, and I don't use it to identify you. This page loads no fonts, scripts or images from anywhere else.
If I change how Lady Red handles data, I will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on the App Store.
